Infrastructure & Real Assets
The infrastructure and real assets panels will provide an in-depth look at financing options for management companies and funds, useful tips from industry colleagues on how GPs can more effectively gain LP buy-in, and a discussion of current trends in infrastructure, energy, and natural resources.
The private equity sessions will feature insights from LPs on the qualities they look for in managers beyond performance, a panel focused on the day-to-day management of establishing a firm and raising a first-time fund, and a discussion among LPs and established managers on topics such as anchor investments, institutional LPs, and co-investments.
The real estate track will return with its data-filled presentation on the current trends and activity among real estate emerging managers, a discussion around emerging asset classes that are expanding the scope of institutional real estate, and a deeper dive into the evolving terms and technology requirements that support investment platforms.
